TERIYAKI STEAK

2 pounds of flank steak
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of sherry
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger root
1 clove of minced garlic

Mix all ingredients, except steak, in a large pan. Place steak in
marinade until ready to grill, turning frequently.

Grill over a hot fire, 3-4 minutes per side
