After Mailing list files are received they are checked for the correct format, merged if requested, and then CASS Certified to ensure accurate addresses while eliminating duplicates. Significant postal savings are achieved using this certification software.

Richards supports a variety of data files, including Microsoft Excel and Access, and comma or tab delimited text formats. Please note that it is critical that each field has the same information.

Richards recognizes that your mailing lists are confidential. List access is limited only to those who format and manage your data. Files are password protected and encrypted. Employees who work with your data have all signed confidentiality agreements.
