After mailing lists are received via email, FTP or our web to print portal they are carefully checked and merged or deduped as requested. Richards supports a variety of data files, including Microsoft Excel and Access, as well as comma or tab delimited text formats. List data is NCOA processed to have the most accurate up to date addresses possible and then CASS certified to maximize the postal savings for both First Class and Standard mailings. We understand that your mailing lists are confidential. List access is limited to those who format, manage or image your data. We often process confidential financial and data that is HIPAA compliant. Files are password protected and encrypted (if required).

Mailings can be personalized with unique text, graphics, tag lines or offers to generate high response rates and drive consumers to your web sites. Richards can laser or inkjet address using the Intelligent Mail Bar code and can also add unique tracking codes. Postage permit accounts can be set up at regional post offices specifically for your mailings. Your pieces can have a stamp, meter or indicia and Richards can mail envelopes, postcards and flats of almost any size and weight.
